All of our guests are invited to the Welcome Dinner the night before the wedding on Friday November 15, 2024. Expect an invitation via mail. Please RSVP to Kennedy.Andrew2024@gmail.com so we know how many to expect :-)

The dress code is Black Tie Optional. Feel free to wear a tuxedo or a floor-length evening gown if you want, but a dark suit with dress pants would be acceptable too. Similarly, a knee-length or midi cocktail dress would also be appropriate instead of a floor-length gown. Think of black-tie optional as a fusion between black-tie and formal fashion.

We would love to share our day with everyone, but we are only able to accommodate those who are included on our guest list. Thank you for understanding!

The ceremony starts promptly at 4:30 PM. We ask that our guests arrive no later than 4:15 PM.

Transportation will be available to the ceremony from the front drive of the Ritz-Carlton and Springhill Suites/Courtyard Marriott. Shuttles will depart the Springhill Suites/Courtyard Marriott at 3:45 pm prompt and will depart the Ritz-Carlton at 4 pm prompt. A shuttle will be available to transport our guests staying at the Springhill Suites/Courtyard Marriott back to their hotel at the conclusion of the reception.

Yes, there is parking at the church if you wish to drive instead of utilizing the shuttles. Please note that if you enter the addresses listed into your GPS, you will be taken to an unmanned gate for community members only. To access the various events, please type in the Omni Resort Amelia Island address (39 Beach Lagoon Road) into your GPS. Once through the security gate, enter the specific venue address to access it.

Guests staying on and off property will need to utilize valet parking at The Ritz-Carlton if not using the shuttles for transportation.
